Thomas moves to the city and begins attending school as a new student. Things get rough for him quickly as he is made of fun of by the other students. A school science teacher befriends him and provides an unexpected surprise that helps him adjust to his new school. The New Kid has a great anti-bullying message. For Ages 8 and up. 
 
Meet The Author 
Brandon T. Copeland
Brandon "KONG" Copeland is a former Mixed Martial Arts competitor (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu brown belt) and current Motivational Speaker. Brandon is co-owner of "MUSCLE BAY FITNESS" located on the summer retreat island of Put-In-Bay, Ohio. 
 
Brandon's life changed forever in 2004. He was brutally attacked while working security and embarked on a two-year recovery. He started the "I STOPPED THE BULLY" school intervention program as a resource for students experiencing bullying. He has spoken at colleges, youth programs, Fortune 500 companies, and Juvenile Detention Centers throughout the United States on anti-bullying.

G. David Cooper is a professionally trained Artist who has worked as a graphic artist and designer his entire professional career. 
 
He is known for his work on: “The Adventures of Outback Jack,” “Extreme, Power Kids,” “Stealing Angel,” and "Nicky Savage.” He is also co-creator of the infamous online role-playing game “The R.o.E. (Rules of Engagement).”
 
David is a full-time comic book artist under the studio name The Sequential Samurai which he illustrates the comic book series “Deadly Crimson” for Creative Global Entertainment. He also author/illustrates his own comic books “The Dead of Knight” and “Cannonball's Run.” 
 
“The New Kid” is his debut with publisher Duscha Management.
